Brilliant place for exploring Playa del Carmen. The staff there was friendly, the location was beautiful. Got standard room when arrived, really loved that.

Greatly enjoyed that the venue offered atm in the lobby. Everything created an amazing atmosphere. For evening drinks visit Prego Playacar, it is located within 5 minutes by foot.

Great staff, beautiful location. Playacar Zona Hotelera district was definitely worth visiting. 10 minutes' drive to the airport. We booked standard room and enjoyed it. Perfect base for a 6-night stay.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. Room had good choice of facilities, including climate control, flat-screen television and a coffee maker. We really enjoyed the food, it was GREAT.
